Introduction

The study assessed the early results of the Healthy City project, a pilot model aimed at improving community health through safe, sanitary and health-supportive living and working environments. The project included components such as healthy schools, healthy markets, healthy hospitals, healthy communes/wards, and healthy workplaces.

CEHS's Role

CEHS directly conducted the study with Dr. Nguyễn Đức Hồng, Dr. Đỗ Quốc Thái and MSc. Phạm Văn Học. CEHS was responsible for developing the research protocol and assessment tools, organizing field surveys in Hải Phòng and Huế, processing data, developing the report, and sharing the findings.

  • Organizing field surveys in Hải Phòng and Huế to review project activities.
  • Assessing the healthy school, healthy market, healthy hospital, healthy commune/ward and healthy workplace components.
