Research, Evaluation & Technical Assistance
Research and technical assistance are among the core competencies of CEHS, playing a foundational role in generating scientific evidence and enhancing the effectiveness of public health programs. The Center provides research, monitoring, evaluation, and technical consulting services to regulatory agencies, development organizations, donors, and both domestic and international partners to support policymaking, improve program quality, and strengthen health system capacity.
Areas of expertise include quantitative, qualitative, and mixed-methods research; large-scale surveys and investigations; monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL); baseline, midline, endline, and impact evaluations; data management, statistical analysis, and data visualization; systematic reviews and evidence synthesis; development of research toolkits; research methodology training; technical consulting; as well as knowledge transfer and the dissemination of research findings.
