Health Policy & Systems

CEHS supports the development, refinement, and evaluation of evidence-based health policies to enhance the efficiency, quality, and sustainability of Vietnam's healthcare system. The Center collaborates closely with regulatory agencies, development organizations, training institutions, and both domestic and international partners to conduct research, analyze policies, develop technical guidelines, and propose solutions tailored to the practical context. Through consulting and technical assistance activities, CEHS contributes to driving health system reform, elevating healthcare management and governance capacity, enhancing the quality of service delivery, and expanding access to healthcare services for the population.

CEHS's areas of expertise in this field include: health policy analysis, evaluation, and development; health systems research; health system reform and strengthening; primary healthcare and family medicine; health insurance and health economics; healthcare service governance and management; along with training and capacity-building activities for managerial staff and healthcare workers.
