Trachoma rapid assessment and investigation in 7 provinces Vietnam

Length of Project (month): 12 months. From 12/2003 to 11/2004
Practical work done by the Center’s staff:
- Collect, analyze material about trachoma management and monitoring existing model and other health programs management, monitoring model.
- Interviews 20 managers, researches at the center level and 140 management and implemented staffs in 7 provinces.
- Designing and building trachoma management and monitoring model.
- Applying testing the trachoma management, monitoring model in Thanh Mien and Kinh Mon, Hai Duong.
- Organization scientific conferences to collect comments of some managers, experts in central and local level to improve the model.
