Detailed Description of the Project: The Health Human Reesource Sector Developement Program (HHRSDP) has been supported by ADB. The objective of HHRSDP is to improve the health of local people to achieve the MDGs and VDGs, particularly in 20 the poorest provinces of Vietnam.
