Detailed Description of the Project:  The Project for Strengthening Clinical Training System for New Graduate Nurses with financial support from the JICA Viet Nam. The objectives of the baseline survey are to collect data and information of the following targets, aimed at providing the foundation for the Project implementation (development and introduction of standardized clinical training curricula, development and introduction of training of trainers, and development and introduction of monitoring and audit mechanism) as well as for prospective impact assessment.
