Detailed Narrative Description of the Project: The principal method of cross-sectional descriptive study design with comparative analysis, combined a variety of quantitative and qualitative methods of data collection, was employed in this evaluation.
The objective of the evaluation was to assess the results according to the project objectives and effectiveness of “the Northern Upland Health Support Project” supported by the World Bank and managed by the Ministry of Health in 6 years at 7 provinces in the Northern Upland region. The activities of the assignment included assessment design, fieldwork, data processing, report writing. Draw lessons learned in the design, management and implementation of the project.
Summary of specific work performed by the contractor under the contract:
- Complete the assessment proposal, tools and assessment guidelines
- Liaise with the assessment sites to develop detailed workplan for each province
- Review secondary data related to the project
- Data collection in the field
- Process data and write report.
