Detailed Description of the Project: The evaluation was conducted to collect, verify and analyze baseline data for the pro ject Performance Indicators for a basis for project management, mornitoring and evaluation of impelementation, achievements and impacts of the project; To develop a monitoring plan and a manual for conducting subsequent data collection exercises for the project monitoring and evaluation and transfer the knowledge to central and local staffs.

- Design study proposal and tools
- Supervise data collection in the field
- Process data and write report
- Develop a monitoring plan to measure these indicators throughout the project period
