Detailed Description of the Project: The evaluation was conducted to collect, verify and analyze baseline data for the pro ject Performance Indicators for a basis for project management, mornitoring and evaluation of impelementation, achievements and impacts of the project; To develop a monitoring plan and a manual for conducting subsequent data collection exercises for the project monitoring and evaluation and transfer the knowledge to central and local staffs.

Supervise data collection in the field
Process data and write report
Develop a monitoring plan to measure these indicators throughout the project period
