Detailed Description of the Project: Facilitate and coordinate the data collection of the years 2010, 2011 and 2012 for HEMA indicators in 200 communes of 32 selected districts assisted by HEMA as specified in the approved Annual Work Plan 2010.
Summary of specific work performed by the contractor under the contract:
- Facilitate the collection of 2010, 2011 and 2012 data for HEMA performance indicators, and ensure the quality of the data collection
- Support capacity building on monitoring of the HEMA indicators for staff in-charge of M&E at local level.
