Summary of specific work performed by the contractor under the contract:

• Build outlines and toolsets
• Develop detailed implementation plans in each province
• Reviewing secondary documents
• Collect data in the field, process data and write reports.
• Support provincial/district preventive medicine centers to develop monitoring plans for epidemic prevention and control; (vi) Organize seminars on topics related to the above mentioned topics
• Develop gender action plan and ethnic minority development plan for each project province; Develop a set of indicators to monitor gender action plans and ethnic minority development plans.
