Detailed Description of the Project: To further support the government with the SHI fund initiative, GHSC-PSM, under the VAAC leadership and close consultation with relevant partners including VSS and in collaboration with Sustainable Financing for HIV Activity project, is conducting an assessment to review the implementation of the current SHI ARV drug supply chain in compliance with the directives and to obtain lessons learned to improve the quantification, procurement, distribution, and management of SHI ARV drugs moving ward. It is also a chance to review the current relevant MoH circulars and guidelines/documents related to SHI ARV supply and make recommendations for revision if needed
Summary of specific work performed by the contractor under the contract:

Developing detailed proposal, toolkit and work plan;
Collecting data in the field;
Processing data and writing report.
