Detailed Description of the Project: The project of strengthening the capacity on early childhood disabilities detection and intervention for Yen Bai province implemented by the Sustainable Health Development Center with financial support of The Finnish Evangelical Lutheran Mission (Felm) during the period from 01/2015 to 31/12/2017. The objectives of the endline evaluation for the project are to Measure the magnitude of outcomes of the Project Interventions in two project selected districts, by comparing the up to date data with those at time of project starting (or at of conducting the Need Assessment) in a quantitative manner; and to Identity and analyze “Good Practices”, “Lesson Learnt” and feasibility to maintain the ECDDI activities in two project districts in qualitative manner.
